Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours. 

Deliveries are made between Monday and Friday, 7 am-6 pm, by our contracted couriers.

Standard Delivery service will normally take 2 - 5 working days within the UK.

Returns & Refunds

As vacuum-packed upholstery can’t be repacked once opened, we do not accept change-of-mind returns after unsealing.

Therefore, before opening the packaging, please double-check the size, colour and style, and make sure you want to keep it.

The colour is a little lighter than I thought compared to pictures, cushions quite firm but not a problem really, incredibly easy set up, really nice material too. Can't believe how quickly it puffed up, literally seconds. I have friends who have bought modular units & had to leave for 48 hrs before use? Not this bad boy!. Out the box, out the bag & you're done. It certainly fitted the brief & at least I'll have somewhere to sleep when I get around to decorating my bedroom.
