Returns & Refunds Policy
We hope you'll love your CLIPOP Furniture purchase. However, if you need to return an item, here's how our return policy works:
Warranty
All CLIPOP products come with a 13-month warranty from the date of purchase.
Please note: This warranty covers manufacturing defects or faults only. Accidental damage, misuse, or wear and tear are NOT covered.
Return Period
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of receipt.
After 30 days, returns or exchanges can only be accepted for genuine manufacturing defects that fall within the warranty period, not for any damage caused after use.
Return Condition
Items must be unused, unassembled, and returned in their original packaging.
If an item has been assembled, used, or damaged, we may apply a deduction to reflect any loss in value, or decline the return if it's no longer resaleable.
Return Costs
Return costs may include not only postage but also any applicable handling or collection fees.
*For large furniture items such as sofas or beds, a collection fee may apply depending on your location and item size.
For returns due to damaged, faulty, or incorrect item(s), we'll cover the return cost.
In such cases, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos or videos. We will help arrange a replacement or return. Once your return is received, we'll issue a full refund.
For change of mind returns, the buyer will be responsible for the return cost. If you choose to use our return label, the postage fee will be deducted from your refund.
Return Steps
Step 1: Initiate a return
Please contact us within 30 days of delivery at service@clipop.eu with:
- Your order number
- Reason for return
- Photos or videos (if there's a quality issue)
We'll confirm eligibility and provide return instructions, or arrange a courier collection with a prepaid return label where applicable.
Step 2: Prepare the Package and Return the Item
Return the item securely in its original packaging, including all parts and accessories.
Step 3: Inspection and Refund
Once your return is received and checked, we'll issue your refund within 3–5 working days to your original payment method.
*Important note: If you choose to arrange your own return, please provide us with a valid tracking number. Parcels returned without valid tracking may not be identifiable or accepted by our warehouse, which could lead to delays or a failed refund process.
Partial Refund Policy
Suppose a returned item is not in its original condition, or is missing parts, packaging, or accessories. In that case, we reserve the right to issue a partial refund to cover any loss in value. Deductions may also apply in the following cases:
- The item shows signs of use, assembly, or damage.
- Original packaging is missing or not reusable.
- Only part of a set is returned.
- Return postage or collection fees apply.
All deductions will be assessed fairly based on the condition of the returned item. You'll be notified by email of any adjustments before your refund is processed.
Refund Processing
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 3–5 working days.
All refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
- Credit or Debit Card: refunded to the same card used for payment.
- Bank Transfer: refunded to the same account originally used.
Please note that it may take an additional 3–5 working days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
