How to cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, please contact us immediately before dispatch (we normally dispatch orders within 48 hours).

Only orders that have not yet been dispatched can be cancelled.

If the order has already been dispatched, we will not be able to cancel it at that stage. Any additional fees will be the buyer's responsibility.

How do I make a return?

If you are not satisfied with the product and decide to return the item, please return the item(s) to us within 30 days of receiving your order.

Please note that for returns not caused by product quality issues, return shipping fees are the buyer's responsibility.

  2. Packaging: Items must be unused, unassembled, and returned in their original packaging. If the original box is missing, please ensure the item is securely re-packaged.

Receiving your refund

We’ll refund your money in the same way you paid for your product.

  1. By credit or debit card - Your money will go back onto the same card. Please allow up to 5 working days for the refund to show in your account.
  2. By Bank Transfer – All bank transfer refunds will go back into the same bank account.
