30-Day Return Policy


  • You can return your item(s) within 30 days of receipt.
  • Items must be unused, unassembled, and returned in their original packaging.
  • Return cost is free for items that are damaged or faulty.
  • For change-of-mind returns, the cost will be borne by the buyer.
  • If you received damaged or faulty items, please report the issue with clear photos or videos within 48 hours.
  • Please get in touch with us before returning — unauthorised returns will not be accepted.

    13-Month Warranty


    • The 13-month warranty covers manufacturing defects only.
    • It does not cover accidental damage, misuse, or general wear and tear.

    Quick Refund


    • Once your returned item has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 3–5 working days.
    • All refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

    If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, please contact us as soon as possible to cancel or make changes. Once the item has been shipped, we’re unable to cancel it.

    If the outer packaging is damaged on delivery, please note it on the courier’s paperwork or refuse the parcel. Claims without proof may not be accepted.

    If you are not at home and cannot refuse the parcel, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos of the damage.

    Please contact us with your order number and the photos of the item you received. Once confirmed, we will arrange an exchange.

    If any parts are missing or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos. We will promptly resolve the issue.

    Yes, exchanges are possible for the same item or a similar product of equal value, subject to stock availability. Please contact us for more information.

    Unfortunately, we can only accept returns for unused and unassembled items in their original packaging.

    Assembled or used furniture cannot be resold, so it’s not eligible for return unless faulty.

    Please make sure you have informed us of a valid tracking number for your return. Parcels without tracking may not be identifiable by our warehouse and could cause delays or rejection of the refund.
