My daughter absolutely loved the look of the Modena Hollywood White Dressing Table. Unfortunately, it was out of stock at the time (as it was a sale item), so I reached out to the customer service team. They were very responsive and helpful, and I was able to place an order once the item was back in stock.

After ordering, I received one confirmation email with a tracking number, and a single box was delivered three days later. The box seemed far too small to contain the full dressing table, so I contacted Clipop’s customer service again. They informed me that the product comes in two boxes and that the second would arrive shortly. A few hours later, I received a second confirmation email with a new tracking number. Based on the timing, I believe the second box may not have been properly processed initially and that my query prompted the follow-up.

Fortunately, the second box arrived two to three days later. Both boxes were well-packaged, and the assembly instructions were clear and easy to follow.

While the overall finish of the wood is slightly grainier than it appeared in the online images (which may make cleaning more difficult), and there is a visible bit of glue on the front edging strip, these are minor concerns. My daughter is absolutely thrilled with her new dressing table, and it looks beautiful in her room!

The dressing table took 2 people most of the day to assemble, but it was worth it, as the end result was what I wanted. I particularly like the lights around the mirror, and the streamlined finish .

This product is good quality and easy to build with good instructions & diagrams . Very good value when compared to other sites
