Great customer service. These chairs went missing in the post. With 24 hours I had a response and explanation email and within the Next 24 a delivery notice from the courier of when the replacement ones would arrive! Brilliant. Th chairs I like. They are comfy, and wipeable. They do wobble a lot and the feet don’t adjust enough to cope with it. However when we sit on them it disappears. Make sure you measure the width. These ones are very wide and won’t fit with the other styles under the table. Luckily I only got two and they fit on the ends perfectly.

We ordered these on whim instead of Next dining chairs because of the price difference and I’m really glad we did. The delivery was very quick (within 2 days) and the quality of them is much better than I’d expected. Worked around £150 a pair cheaper than next. We also have 2 young kids so the faux leather is really easy to wipe down
