Delivery:

Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, between 7 am and 6 pm, by our contracted couriers.
Standard delivery usually takes 2–5 working days, excluding holidays.
Free delivery on all mainland UK orders. Northern Ireland deliveries incur a £15 shipping surcharge due to additional logistics and carrier costs. Additional fees and longer transit times may also apply to other remote locations.

Tracking:

Your orders may be divided into several packages. We will provide a tracking number for each parcel for you to track.

30-Day Return Policy

You can return your item(s) within 30 days of receipt.
Items must be unused, unassembled, and returned in their original packaging.
For change-of-mind returns, the cost will be borne by the buyer.
If you received damaged or faulty items, please report the issue with clear photos or videos within 48 hours.
Please get in touch with us before returning — unauthorised returns will not be accepted.

13-Month Warranty

The 13-month warranty covers manufacturing defects only.
It does not cover accidental damage, misuse, or general wear and tear.

Quick Refund

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 3–5 working days.
