- Free delivery on all mainland UK orders. For remote areas, there will be additional charges and longer delivery times.
Tracking:
- Your orders may be divided into several packages. We will provide a tracking number for each parcel for you to track.

30-Day Return Policy
- You can return your item(s) within 30 days of receipt.
- Items must be unused, unassembled, and returned in their original packaging.
- Return cost is free for items that are damaged or faulty.
- For change-of-mind returns, the cost will be borne by the buyer.
- If you received damaged or faulty items, please report the issue with clear photos or videos within 48 hours.
- Please get in touch with us before returning — unauthorised returns will not be accepted.
13-Month Warranty
- The 13-month warranty covers manufacturing defects only.
- It does not cover accidental damage, misuse, or general wear and tear.
