Dispatch:

• We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 working days, excluding holidays.
• Where an estimated dispatch time is provided on the product detail page, that information will take precedence.

Delivery:

• Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, between 7 am and 6 pm, by our contracted couriers.
• Standard delivery usually takes 2–5 working days, excluding holidays.
• Free delivery on all mainland UK orders. For remote areas, there will be additional charges and longer delivery times.

Tracking:

• Your orders may be divided into several packages. We will provide a tracking number for each parcel for you to track.

30-Day Return Policy

• You can return your item(s) within 30 days of receipt.
• Items must be unused, unassembled, and returned in their original packaging.
• Return cost is free for items that are damaged or faulty.
• For change-of-mind returns, the cost will be borne by the buyer.
• If you received damaged or faulty items, please report the issue with clear photos or videos within 48 hours.
  
• Please get in touch with us before returning — unauthorised returns will not be accepted.

13-Month Warranty

• The 13-month warranty covers manufacturing defects only.
• It does not cover accidental damage, misuse, or general wear and tear.

Quick Refund

• Once your returned item has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 3–5 working days.
• All refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
