The quality of this was really exceptional for the price, sturdy and attractive.

Every element was clearly labelled. The instructions were clear regarding which parts and hardware were needed at each stage BUT it was hard to see which was around things went so we had to move lots of runners after fitting when it became obvious they were the wrong way around.

It took much longer to assemble than stated.

I’d buy this again in heartbeat, just allow lots of time for assembly.

The light also isn’t very bright, I’d hoped for better.

Really nice chairs. Easy to assemble and colour/material as described. Could be a little comfier but that's personal preference.

Ordered 2 pairs of 2 chairs in the green as loved the colour and the stylish design. I was kept well updated on order status and delivery throughout.
When they arrived there was a problem with one of the chairs but within minutes of me sending through a concern, I was contacted with the offer of replacements and an apology for the inconvenience.
Replacements arrived sooner than expected and now in place. I am very pleased with the product and well done to Clipop customer service for a great job in following things up so promptly.
